Welcome to Afrikayame Zone. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Afrikayame Zone ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, located at afrikayame.com, and any other digital properties we may own or operate, including the forthcoming Baobab Grid platform (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use our Service.

- All text, graphics, logos, including the Baobab Tree Icon, and user interface elements.
- Our proprietary strategic concepts, such as the Dual-Horizon Framework, the 'Protect' and 'Exploit' Engines, and the STEAMI + Research model.
- All information and branding related to our commercial verticals and the future Baobab Grid platform.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes only. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication of our intellectual property without our express prior written consent, is strictly prohibited.
3. User Conduct and Responsibilities
